I qualified first as a coach in 2009 and have worked with clients across the public, private and social enterprise sectors in Ireland, Europe, and the UK since then.
I am joint Programme Director on the Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching in Smurfit Executive Development at University College Dublin and also teach on the Advanced Coaching Diploma there.
I qualified as a coach supervisor in 2013 and now supervise coaches individually and in monthly group supervision sessions.
