About Pamela

I hold a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Supervision from Ashridge Executive Education in England, along with coaching diplomas and a Master’s in International Marketing from UCD Smurfit School in Ireland.

I am passionate about helping people becoming more aware about their way of being in the world and from that awareness, having more choice. I work with executives, founders and professionals as they create space to think, plan and implement those plans. 

Before setting up my own business, I worked with Bord Bia (the Irish Food Board) and Diageo Ireland. Combined with my extensive coaching practice, this experience has given me a strong understanding of the challenges individuals face in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world.
