My Coaching Approach

Working as a relational coach for the last ten years has confirmed my belief that the coaching relationship is a major vehicle for change.

So what is it like to be my client?

Relational coaching is about working collaboratively to help you know more about yourself and your way of being in the world. In a safe, reflective and non-judgmental space, I will help you recognise the entrenched thoughts, beliefs, feelings and patterns of behaviour that may so far have inhibited you from fulfilling your potential. This process can have a deeply transformative and liberating effect, enabling you to clearly see your strengths and make choices that lead to positive change on a personal and professional level.

I am asked to coach by organisations and by individuals. Most clients engage in six to nine coaching sessions over six to nine months. Coaching takes place at a location that works for my client. It is always a private, convenient location that has an atmosphere conducive to reflection and coaching.

“I had four coaching sessions with Pamela in 2016. Pamela really helped me take a step back and look at my life and career objectively. Pamela’s patient, honest, and open approach to the conversation made me feel safe to speak about any subject. This allowed me to analyse what I needed to do to be happy both professionally and personally. My sessions with Pamela were extremely positive with the results having an ongoing influence on my approach to career and home life.”
