Because coaching is based on a relationship, it is important that both parties are comfortable that they can work together.
Once we've agreed to go ahead we’ll arrange the time and place of the first coaching session. Here we’ll set out the coaching agenda and the parameters of what you want to cover before getting to work.
Thereafter we'll meet once a month for around six months. The timeframe can be shorter or longer but we recommend a minimum of three months.
At each session we review progress made since the last meeting, agree an agenda and move forward. Sessions usually last 90 minutes.
