Pamela Fay, business performance coach, has been working with large and small organisations based in Ireland for sixteen years.
Pamela worked with the EBS, Bord Bia, V3 Marketing and Diageo prior to establishing Business Performance Perspectives in November 2003.
Pamela was a project manager for the small business and speciality foods area for four years with Bord Bia. In Diageo, Pamela was Business Performance Manager for three years working across all of the Diageo’s brands.
Pamela now works with individuals and businesses to improve their business performance.
Pamela works with a range of Irish companies on their strategic planning and delivering that strategy into action through business performance management.
Pamela also works with companies and individuals on etiquette skills for professional success.
Pamela holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive and Business Coaching, a Diploma in the Psychology of Coaching, a Masters in International Marketing and a Business Degree.
